Juno Maps Launches Hubity, an Operations Hub for Growing Firms
Hubity gives a company one place for its knowledge, daily briefings, and team alignment, with answers drawn from its own documents. Available now at hubity.io.

President & CEO

Ashburn, Virginia. Juno Maps has launched Hubity, an operations hub that gives a company one place for its knowledge, its daily briefings, and its team alignment. Every morning, before the first meeting, Hubity gives each person a briefing on what matters to their role. During the day, it answers questions from the company's own documents and records, and shows what it read, instead of drawing on the open internet. Hubity is available now at hubity.io, with a free plan for small teams.
Hubity carries forward the idea behind Juno Maps' first platform, Smart Site Plan, whose development began in 2017: put the information a team depends on in one place. Smart Site Plan does that for maps, plans, and site records. Hubity does the same for the handbooks, playbooks, client records, meeting notes, and decisions a company runs on.
The time tax no one measures
For most growing companies, the knowledge is not missing. It is scattered. New hires ask questions other people have already answered. Project leads dig through chat threads to remember what was promised to a client. Managers field the same questions every afternoon, and someone spends Friday pulling numbers from several spreadsheets to brief leadership.
A McKinsey study put the cost at roughly 19 percent of the work week spent searching for and gathering information.
What Hubity does
Hubity gives the whole team one place to ask, upload, and stay current:
- Daily briefings, personalized by role and delivered before the first meeting: key numbers, urgent items, and what needs a decision.
- Answers with sources, drawn only from the documents and records the team has chosen to upload.
- A knowledge hub that indexes PDFs, spreadsheets, slide decks, and documents so they can be searched and asked about.
- A watchlist that tracks public web pages, such as bid boards, competitor sites, and regulatory updates, and routes changes to the hub.
- Voice, file, and typed input, so a voice memo from the car, a PDF, or a typed question all land the same way.
- Role-based access with six roles, from owner to guest.
Built for firms that bill for their work
Hubity's focus is project-based firms, such as architecture, engineering, and surveying practices, where projects, hours, invoices, and know-how tend to live in different tools. These are the same professions Juno Maps has served with Smart Site Plan.
Private by design
Answers come only from documents the team chooses to upload. Customer content is never used to train AI models. Data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, and Hubity runs on SOC 2 certified infrastructure. Juno Maps' SOC 2 Type II audit is scheduled to begin December 1, 2026. Details are in the Hubity Trust Center.
Hubity connects with Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Drive today, with more integrations in beta. It also works with AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol. The current list is at hubity.io/integrations.
From the CEO
"We built Smart Site Plan because construction teams were drowning in separate plan sets and one-off spreadsheets," said Dustin Rauch, President and CEO of Juno Maps. "Nine years in, I see the same pattern on the ops side of nearly every company we talk to. The answer is almost always written down somewhere. People just cannot find it in time for it to matter. Hubity sits behind the morning routine and closes that gap."
Availability
Hubity is available at hubity.io, including a free plan for small teams. Current plans and pricing are published at hubity.io/plans.
