Building the Infrastructure Intelligence Platform
Juno Maps builds advanced technology platforms that help government agencies, utilities, and infrastructure organizations streamline operations, improve efficiency, and gain better control of their assets. Geospatial intelligence is the engine behind everything we build.
From Engineering Practice to Global Platform
Juno Maps was built from within a working civil engineering practice. In 2017, our affiliate company RAUCH Inc. identified a persistent gap in the industry: critical project data lived in desktop software, disconnected from the field teams and decision-makers who needed it most. The answer was Smart Site Plan, a platform that combines the precision of CAD and GIS with an interface that requires no specialized training to operate.
What began as a solution to a real problem quickly found demand well beyond its origins. Smart Site Plan expanded to serve professionals in construction, real estate, public works, development planning, land acquisition, utility management, and emergency management, across dozens of countries. The platform evolved with its users, adding capabilities shaped directly by the engineers, planners, and officials operating on the ground.
In November 2022, Juno Maps was established to formalize and accelerate that expansion, delivering a growing suite of purpose-built platforms for water infrastructure compliance, disaster resilience, and geospatial intelligence. Today, Juno Maps is a recognized technology partner to government agencies, utilities, and infrastructure organizations that demand reliable, actionable spatial data.

The Executives Behind Juno Maps
Deep domain expertise across civil engineering, finance, and platform architecture. The team that shapes every product decision and defines Juno Maps' trajectory.
Dustin brings deep engineering and technology expertise to his role as CEO. A licensed Professional Engineer and LEED AP BD+C with a background in civil engineering and land development, he co-created Smart Site Plan to solve a gap he experienced firsthand: the disconnect between the office, the field, and the data. His vision drives Juno Maps' product strategy, making enterprise-grade geospatial intelligence accessible to every professional who needs it, without requiring specialized GIS training.
Robert brings decades of civil engineering expertise and financial leadership to his role as CFO. A Registered Professional Engineer in Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia, he previously served as Maryland's youngest county engineer before a distinguished career in private infrastructure practice. His experience includes advisory roles with the University System of Maryland and consulting engagements with the World Bank. At Juno Maps, he ensures the business scales with the same rigor and precision the platform demands of its users.
Sergey is the technical architect behind Juno Maps' platforms, combining deep GIS specialization with full-stack engineering expertise. He built Smart Site Plan from the ground up and continues to lead the engineering team that keeps the platform at the cutting edge of geospatial technology. His focus on precision and performance ensures every feature ships with the reliability that government agencies and infrastructure operators require.
Geospatial Intelligence That Moves from the Specialist to the Decision-Maker
