By accessing or using the Juno Maps website and platform (including Smart Site Plan, HydroScout, Lead Service Lines, Disaster Resilience, and Flood Resilience), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RAUCH Inc., LLC ("Juno Maps," "we," "our," or "us").
2. Use of Services
You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform or systems
- Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, or objectionable
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent
- Use automated means to access or scrape our platform without permission
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at security@junomaps.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
The Juno Maps platform, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and data compilations, is owned by RAUCH Inc., LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or service marks.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant Juno Maps a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the services to you. We will not share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
6. Third-Party Data
Our platform integrates data from third-party sources including FEMA, NOAA, USDA, and open government datasets. This data is provided "as is" and Juno Maps makes no warranties regarding its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Users are responsible for verifying critical data before making decisions.
7. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Juno Maps does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Geospatial data and analysis tools are provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for engineering, legal, or regulatory decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juno Maps and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Maryland.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or through a notice on our platform. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
